Moisture protection comes standard with our garage floors. Our two-day system includes a moisture vapor barrier epoxy basecoat to help protect against moisture-related bubbling and peeling, full decorative flake coverage, and a durable polyaspartic topcoat. We take the time to prepare and protect your concrete for a beautiful finish built to last.
Installation must meet the selected manufacturer's moisture limits, surface preparation requirements, coverage, thickness and cure times. Moisture testing is always part of the process.

Basecoat
Moisture vapor barrier epoxy
Applied after grinding and repair as the foundation of the system, to help protect against moisture-related bubbling and peeling.
Flake
Full decorative flake coverage
Flake is broadcast to full coverage for a rich, consistent look. See the color options.
Topcoat
UV-stable polyaspartic
A durable topcoat with a slip-resistant additive for appearance, durability and traction.
Our installation process
- 01Evaluate the concrete and test for moisture, including on new concrete.
- 02Diamond grind and repair the concrete.
- 03Apply the moisture vapor barrier epoxy basecoat.
- 04Broadcast full decorative flake coverage.
- 05Scrape and vacuum.
- 06Apply the UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat with a slip-resistant additive.
Timing & return to use
Installation normally takes about two days, subject to site conditions. Typical return-to-use guidance is walking after 24 hours and vehicles after 72 hours following completion, subject to product and temperature requirements.

Preparing your garage
- Garage estimates require access to the garage, so please plan to have it open for your free on-site visit.
- Before installation, the floor needs to be cleared so the whole surface can be ground and coated.
